Sub: Request of recommendation for Transfer of my son from BHEL Jhansi to HERP Varanasi Unit

Respected Sir,
With due respect, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the fact that we
are permanent resident of Distt. Bhojpur(Bihar). My son Dhiraj Kumar is working as Dy. Manager
(Staff No-6081770) in CQX department of BHEL Jhansi.

My husband, Late Sh. Jagnarayan Singh passed away on 28 thOctober 2018 after suffering from
Diabetes, High BP& Heart disease. However, I am also suffering from an incurable heart disease
(Cardiomyopathy),dysfunctional left hand & cataract and I am under the treatment at Institute of
Medical Science and S. S. Hospital, BHU, Varanasi for prolong period.

At this critical hour of treatment, in absence of my late husband, I would like my son to be with me
as his presence would be necessary for carrying out routine work for us as well as taking care of the
daily requirements of the treatment.

I, therefore, request you to consider my son’s transfer on horizontal basis without substitution to
HERP, Varanasi as being the son, the whole responsibility rests upon my son’s shoulders.This would
help him in discharging his duty and he would also be able to perform his responsibilities to the best
of his ability.

Your goodself, is therefore, requested to kindly help us in transfer of my son from BHEL Jhansi to
BHEL HERP Varanasi Unit on sympathy basis so that he can take care of me along with his duties.

My whole family and I will remain grateful to you for your kind support during this difficult time of
my life.
