4. Write a description of a famous reporter. Make sure to include their

Carmen de Burgos I followed.(rodalquilar Almeria, December 10, 1867-Madrid,

October 9, 1932). Journalist, writer, translator, pedagogue and activist. He married at 16
and had three children. After the death of two of them and after their divorse, he leaves
for Madrid where he develops his concerns about what surrounds society. Involved in
the republican cause and universal suffrage. This struggle materializd in 1920 whit
the creation of the crusade of Spanish woman.

He was an active member of various associoations such as the press or the ateneo.
She wrote hundreds of articles in Madrid newspapers such as El globo, diario universal,
La Revista Universal, La Correspondencia de España and ABC among othrs being the
First war correspondent in Spain. He also wrote for other publications such as Triuna
Pedagogica or La Educacion. She was editor of El Heraldo and El Nuevo Mundo in
Madrid.
