1. How is block training relative to cyclic movements?

Block training relative to cyclic movements in that it consists of two to


three days of intense training accompanied by an equivalent amount of
rest (days off or active recovery rides). Block training works by putting
more stress on the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems than
many other types of training do. This makes the physiological adaptation
process easier, resulting in better results.

2. Why is the Principle of Practice important to cyclic and acyclic sports?

Practice must be needed before performing cyclic and acyclic sports


because doing these activities, these are not a piece of cake. It needs
time, motivation and determination for be able to learn from it.

3. Perform an acyclic combined sports and make a reflection of your overall


experience.

When I performed riding a bicycle, my experience on it was so worth it


because it makes me feel so healthy after doing it. It improves my
endurance on my legs, breathing and some parts of my body. It is also
much fun when doing it with your friends.
