AFFIDAVIT

I, JOMAR PAJARES, of legal age, Filipino citizen, security guard of

BF Homes Paranaque, residing at Paranaqe, Philippines, after having
duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say;

That sometime on March 16, 2022, while I was standing in front of

my guard post at the entrance gate of BF Homes Parañ aque Subdivision,
I saw a vehicle approaching I stopped the vehicle and requested for
their I.D.s and asked for the purpose of their visit, since the vehicle they
used did not have the authorized sticker required for Housing Facity;

That respondent KURT MATTHEW TEVES got irritated, and

heated argument ensued between us and while having the said
argument, stating that "Suntukan Tayo? Barilan Tayo? Di ka dapat
ganun magsalita, dapat gwardya ka” and suddenly beat me;

The respondent KURT MATTHEW TEVES, got off the vehicle and
tried to get to me but was blocked by his companions;

The accused went back in another vehicle, suddenly attacked me

punching my face, chest several times which made me fall down the
ground, and I was ordered to kneel at him and pointed the said gun to
my head. I begged for respondent's forgiveness and pleaded that my life
be spared;

This incident resulted in trauma and fear which led to my life

safety and for my family;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing statements.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this

20th day of March, 2022, at Paranaque City, Philippines.
