Dear Hiring Manager,

Hello, my name is Jeanyfer Leonardjaya. I’m a hospitality enthusiast with a great passion
of learn new thing especially on providing professional assistance and interaction with
stakeholder. I always give my best to constantly develop my skills. I am able to work
both in team or individual as well as work under pressure. I am a hospitality management
fresh graduate student from Pelita Harapan University, I was a Lab and Inventory
Division member in Baker and Patissier Club. I handled events related to Pastry
Production in the club, represented my university to competition and events, and
improved our skill in Pastry by learning together.
I also have experiences during internships program at couple of places, such as:
1. Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera on Front Office Division. During 6 months, I did
the role of Guest Service Centre, Concierge, and Front Desk Agent and my
responsibilities including:
 Upselling & Promoting Hotel Products (Room & Restaurants)
 Interacting and Welcoming VIP Guests
 Communicating with Guests regarding their needs and special occasions
arrangement
 Accomodating and Promoting Trip with Guests
2. PT. Permata Hati Lestari as Sales and Marketing Team for almost 3 years, my
responsibilities are:
 Managing E-commerce Transactions and Sales
 Promoting & Recommending Products and Packages for Customers
 Designing Promotional Posters and Banners
 Documenting All Related Daily, Monthly, and Annual Events
 Editing Photos and Videos, as well as Making Captions
I take pride in conducting myself in a professional manner when representing a company.
I thoroughly enjoy getting to know customers and figuring out how best to serve their
