Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply for the position of customer advisor as advertised in job.webhelp.mg. I am a


third year student at the department of Anglophone studies from the University of Antananarivo
majoring in English for specific purposes. Now I am looking for an appropriate job as my study will
take end in few months.

After reading the requirements, I believe I am suitable for this position because I have strong
communication and negotiation skills. I worked as an hostess during the conference of the
Association of Pathologist of East Central and Southern Africa (APESCA) and during the
International Tourism Fair of Madagascar (ITM) this year .Being a hostess requires good
communication skills as I had to talk to customers all the time, I also had to persuade customers to
subscribe to our website and I had to negotiate with the hotel owner. I am used to working with a
manager and accomplishing multi-task .In addition to that, I have a good experience in team
working as I worked with many people during these jobs.

As I studied English at the University, I speak this language fluently and I have a strong
acquaintance with American culture. Working in your company will give me further experience and
will help me to practice my knowledge in professional English.
