Inc., advertised on your company’s website I am a fresh graduate from STI College Kalibo with a
Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management.

The job opportunity posted in your company website is very interesting, and I believe that my
educational background in tourism management, assistant manager for a tourism company, and
various technical skills make a very competitive candidate for the position. I also have a
certificate in Tourism Management, which I also acquired from STI College Kalibo. My duties
included learning about the history, geography and cultures associated with the different tourist
sites in addition to handling all of the paperwork and making travel arrangements. I possess the
key strengths that are necessary to grow and succeed as a Tourism Manager in your company.
Aside from the degree programs that I have successfully pursued as a tourism student in college,
my professional experiences as a part-time assistant manager for Montefalco Hotel and Resort
Corporation has helped me develop skills in answering consumer questions, conducting
presentations and keeping track of the consumers using the agency for their travel arrangements
by tracking where they visited, the average cost per traveller and when they travelled. I am very
resourceful and able to create content and programs that will attract consumer attention and I
have experience using the Internet as a media to reach consumers all over the world.

I enjoy meeting new people and can work flexible shifts to accommodate consumer needs. I also
have s strong organizational and multitasking skills along with the ability to deal with consumer
issues and emergencies as they arise. My strong analytical, problem solving and excellent
communication skills combined with my persuasive nature make me a great match for this job. I
am dependable and self-motivated with a good, friendly demeanour and the ability to get along
with people from all types of cultures. Helping clients understand why travelling to new, exciting
places for vacations and holidays is something they cannot live without, is my specialty and I
have a lot to contribute to your company if chosen for this position.
