My OJT Journal Week 1 (WCPD)

MONDAY
7:00am - 5:00pm

- This day is Special because It's our First day to attend our On The Job
Training (Ojt) . We arrived at the Meeting Place (Puregold) near the Taguig City
Police Station. We waited there until Mam Jhoanna arrived and Assisted us to
our Working place. After Mam Jhoanna Assisted us we proceeded to Line up for
the Flag Ceremony, We sang the National anthem Say our Pledge to the
National Flag and Listen As Mayor LAARNI CAYETANO ( Lani ) spoke about The
Taxes and How we can manage it. It's 9:00 when we come back to our assigned
task.
I was assigned to assist the people in clearance ( Police Clearance ) it was fun
but I a little bit exhausting. Hours passed and it's time for us to go home. We
log our names in the log book and headed home.

TUESDAY
7:00am- 5:00pm

We arrived at the station at exactly 6:30. We headed to the admin office then
logged our names in the log book. I asked my admin for permission to go out
and have my breakfast and she agreed so I walked to the nearest 7/11 to have
my breakfast there and went back to the station.
When I came back their already doing their jobs so I started doing mine also,
then lunch time arrived and my friends from the WPDS women's desk came by
to ask me to join them for lunch so I ask my admin again and she said yes and
we're happily got to the Puregold to have our lunch their, it's 1:00 when we
decided to go back to the station and continue our task. It was a tough day
because so many people are aiming to get their police clearances and I'm there
to assist. Until 4:30 we are just cleaning the place and when 5:00 comes we say
our Farewell to the officers and log our names in the log book then head home.
WEDNESDAY
7:00am - 5:00pm
We arrived at the station a little bit late it was 7:30 that time so we decided not
to have our breakfast and got to our job right away, it's not that exhausting as I
thought because the number of people who are coming for Police Clearances
are lessen this day it was good because we can sit and have a chit chat with my
other coworkers. Until our lunch arrived, we decided to just buy some from the
angels Burger near our station and eat in the benches in our office. We stayed
chillin until our time went off. It's time for us to go home. I waited for my
friends to come down and write down on our DTR and we said our Farewell to
our admins and officers then we headed home.

THURSDAY
7:00am - 5:00pm
We arrived at the station at exactly 7:00 we encounter our Admins at the gate
and we said our Goodmorning To them then we headed to our jobs as hours
went by We are all busy because many people are taking police clearances and
assisting them as they waited, until it's our time to take our lunch we ask for
the permission of our admins and take our lunches to Puregold and have a chit
chat there as we make a Tiktok video. After we take our lunch we headed back
to our station and continue our assigned task, and I also begin to assist people
from the clearance again. Many people are asking how they can claim their
police clearance and I told them the procedure and how they can pay through
online registration. Then the hours went by and it's time for us to go home. We
said our Farewells to the admins, logged our names in the log book then
headed home.
FRIDAY
7:00am - 5:00pm

We arrived at the Taguig City Police Station At 7:00am

Then we logged our names in the log book and went to the admin office to
greet them goodmorning and as we headed back to our assigned task.
I was assisting the people for their police clearance and my friends are upstairs
assisting the people / women's whos been abused or assaulted. Then lunch
arrive and we decide to eat at the Puregold and have a small chat there while
we're taking our lunches, after that we headed back to our station and begun
our assigned task again for us to survive the day of exhaustion were having
some talk of our co Workers. Then again the hours went by and were all
prepared to go home. We log our names in the log book and went to the office
to said our goodbyes then went home.

My OJT Journal Week 2 (CAS)

Monday
7:00am-5:00 PM

We arrive at the Taguig Police Station 6, log our attendance and wait for the
flag raising. The Start of Flag Raising, Taguig Hymn, and "Panunumpa sa
Watawat ng Pilipinas" or Pledge to the Philippine Flag, and takled about BOSS
(Bussines One stop Shop) and about paying taxes, Mayor Laarni 'Lani'
Cayetano also made her speech about oLove Caravan and finish her speech
thanking the taguig police and civil services. We arrive at our unit (Women's
and Children Protection Desk) and sit there while waiting for the complainants
to assist. As per the clock tick and strike at the 9:35, some complainants starts
to come and seek help from our Police. It is our breaktime and we ate in
Puregoldin the second floor, food court. We arrive at our department and starts
to help our fellow OJT ACTS student in assisting our complainants and we also
help our TCU interns whom I became close and bond with. We change our
departments to experience new work and we are sitting as we are still new to
the PCR Unit and waiting for further order. I am doing my Journal, and
listening to Chief CAS, Sir. Magusib, Roberto L. Criticizing the Journal of his
previous student who stayed in the PCR Unit.
Tuesday
7:00am-5:00 Pm

We arrive at the Taguig police station and log our attendance in the log book.
We arrive at PCR unit and greet our police officers a good morning and started
to do our Journal. I finish writing my journal and start to help my friends to
correct their grammars on their Journal. We go out to do our journal out side.
Maelyn and I go out of the station to buy outside some snacks in the 7/11 and
came back in the Police Station to asssist in the PCR. We assist some people
outside whose getting their police clearances, Mayor's permit, and passport Id.
We ate our Lunch in PCR office and I washed the plate we used. We go upstair to
do our assignment that Sir. Magusib has given to us, and I cameback on my
post outside assisting people that getting their police clearance. We together
with the police personel go to the Tipas National Higschool for the
MOU(Memorandum of Understanding) signing and to observe. We arrive at the
Tipas National Highschool and began to observe the Polices and Teachers sign
the Memorandum of Understanding. The police officers and Teachers finished
Signing the Memorandum of Understanding and finished taking pictures. We
arrive at the police station after the Moa signing. We go out of the station again
to go to the boundary of C6 and tatay for sight seeing the unfinished houses
until 5:20. We arrive at the police Station and we log out right away and bid
farewell to our Chief CAS.

Wednesday
7:00am-5:00 Pm

We arrive at the Taguig Police Station and log our attendance and do our
journal. I go back on my post in the PCR front desk to assist people getting
their Police Clearance. Sir. Magusib checked our journal and teaches us the
proper writing on our journal. It is our breaktime and we ate at the cafeteria
near Taguig Police Station.
Sir. Magusib teaches us to be aware of the New People's Army that recruiting
youth like us, and to do not join the association like the CPP/CDP/NPA that will
only lead us to death and wrong path. After Sir. Magusib lesson about NPA, we
go outside to join in the zumba.
Thursday
7:00am- 5:00 Pm

We arrive at the Taguig Police Station, log our attendance, and I sweep and
mop the office floor, and begin to do my journal. I read the manuscript for our
reporting to Sir. Magusib. I went in the front desk to assist people in the Police
Clearance. Maelyn called me for the reporting of NPA awareness to Sir.
Magusib.
After the reporting, Maelyn and I went out to have lunch. We repack grocery
goods for the out reach. We went upstairs to visit our former unit and
colleagues, also Sir. Cads ordered us to xerox some WCPD documents. We went
outside to participate in the zumba. After the zumba we test for a bit and log
out our attendance

Friday
7:00am-5:00 Pm

We arrive at the Taguig Police Station and went in the admin office to log our
attendance. I went outside to assist in the front desk. We went out to go to
Pinagsama blk 5 for BIDA, KASIMBAYANAN, and for Women's Month. We also
distributes grocery goods, bible and print outs. We arrive at the Police Station
after the community outreach in Pinagsama. We went outside to have our
lunch in the puregold after our outreach. I assist people outside after we have
our lunch. We went upstairs to get ma'am bassig signature on our DTR. Ma'am
Bassig also teach us about law of women's and children. We went to Sir.
Magusib for another signing in our DTR (Daily Time Record). We went home
after we log out in the log book.
