This 80 hours of immersion is helpful and a meaningful experience during Senior

High School days. It isamazing you can gain more knowledge, ideas, insight and background in

choosing what course you are going to take-in college. This experience helps me on how to be a

responsible, a better person and a successful professionalsomeday. The lesson that I gained is how

to be tough, have perseverance in doing the activities that Nurse's assigned. Even if you feel tired

and your neck was aching, you still need to act that you are okay. However, it is still enjoyable

because you can do the things that you will able to know about their perspective with the people

around you and you can feel lucky because you experience of being sociable one about their

doings. Sometimes I need to be like them, so that I can mingle with them. It is the best way to

communicate with them and to know what they like. I am happy that I learn on how to interact or

socialize with the people that you want to learn how they want this kind of job and how they

cope everything just to make their dream more passionate more their job, even we are not in the

same age.

Work immersion honed my skills in my chosen filled of expertise though work

immersion I was able to explore interact with people of various personality, get to know the ideal

of my future career and most importantly, I get to develop my skills in my chosen field with the

hustle, fun and learning that I’ve had in my work immersion I also get to know myself I realized

what I really want in the future I was able to reflect on the advantages and the disadvantages of

my future career. I know that I can already adjust in my future work after graduation and I will

be able to pursue my dream job as a student. I can say that over all my work immersion is great I

learn a lot while I’m exploring and learning work immersion made realized for all thing that I

lack of and change me to become a better one during our immersion I’ve learned a lot of things

that I can use in the near future. work immersion is really a beneficial for me because it is where

I discover the thing I can’t imagine to do and on this stage will say that I was thankful because of

encountered and experiences this because I have know the idea what will bring my chosen

course to me in the near future and I am looking forward for that.

“Believe in yourself. Have faith in your abilities. Without a humble but

reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or

happy.” – (Norman Vincent Peale).

This was my mindset before I started doing this immersion. We need to be ready not just

physically but mentally ready as well. As a student, this may not be as easy what I thought it

would be because I can’t just focus on this. I have other things on my plate. That’s why, I made

myself stable and ready before doing this. What I have realized during this immersion is that life

isn’t always what it seems to be. Each of us have our own capabilities. In school, we were given

different subjects which would help us expand our horizons. This immersion has helped realize

that focus is a big thing. Working here taught me different things. I was glad that I had the

opportunity to work with people in this field. I have spent 10 days (80 hours) learning things that

was new to me but definitely worthy. Because one of the tasks assigned to me required that I

correctly observe the nurses' employees performing their duties, I have mentioned that focus is

important. I was able to satisfy my curiosity regarding the injections, blood, and some surgical

procedures performed within the hospital while also reminding them of some things, such little

details, for which they were grateful. I also looked at several crucial issues about the precise

dosage of medication administered to the patient inside the hospital. I used to think that this was

kind of hard to do but then when I asked my superiors about it that made me realize that it was

not that hard to read and observed. After observing and analyzing,. I listen to people eagerly

because I have to file a report about it as well for future reference.

I have realized that it is important to be focused and openminded. I also realized the

value of communicating properly with other people since we need to be cooperative to make sure

that it will be resolved and done properly. It may sound a bit busy but I still had the time to relax

and reflect that I might enjoy being on this job after I graduate if ever I will consider this field. It

was very nice experience working the Infirmary and RHU 2 department (Nurses and Doctors).
