MY REFLECTION ON WORK IMMERSION EXPERIENCE

During senior high school, our 10-day immersion is beneficial and

meaningful. It's incredible how much knowledge, insight, and background you
can gain when deciding which course to take in college. This experience
teaches me how to be a responsible, better person, and successful professional
someday.
The lesson I learned was how to be tough and persevere in doing the
activities assigned to me by my teacher. Even if you are tired and your neck is
aching, you must still act as if you are fine. However, it is still enjoyable as
you're able to talk with the students around you and feel very happy, laugh
about their antics, and know who their crushes are. I sometimes need to act
similarly to them in order to interact with them. It is the best way to
communicate with them and learn about their preferences. I am glad that I am
learning how to interact or socialize with the students, even though we are not
the same age.
It is never easy to work. You must have perseverance, diligence, a love of
your work, and, most importantly, knowledge of interaction. Despite your
difficulties, you must perform your duties as an employee. I learned a lot
during my work immersion that I will certainly bring and use sooner or later.
Among those things is that, regardless of all the duties, you ought to continue
and complete those because it's your responsibility that you need to obey and
do.
Work immersion sharpened my expertise in my chosen field. Through
work immersion, I was able to explore and socialize with individuals with
different personalities, learn about the ideal of my career path, and most
notably, enhance my abilities in my desired career with the hustle,
entertainment, and learning that I experienced during my work immersion.
I also learned more about myself and discovered what I truly desire in
the coming years. I was able to consider the benefits and drawbacks of my
career path. I understand that I'll be capable of pursuing my dream job as a
student if I can already adapt to my future work after graduation.
Overall, my work experience is excellent. I gain much knowledge while
exploring. Work immersion brought out what I lacked and changed me to
become a better person. All through our immersion, I acquired a great deal of
knowledge that I will put to use in the coming years. Work immersion is indeed
beneficial for me since it's where I discover things I never thought I could do.
On this reflection, I will say that I was truly grateful because I encountered and
experienced this because I have known what will bring my chosen course to me
in the near future, and I am looking forward to that.
