II. RATIONALE

The goal of the 2-Day Recollection on Strengthening Spiritual Wellness and

Enhancing Gender and Development Amidst New Normal Team Building for
Teachers is to transform a group of individuals into a cohesive, effective, and
productive unit. It optimizes each member's efficiency and performance, enabling
the institution to fulfill its objectives. In such activity, teachers could have a set of
principles, values, beliefs, and morals that give them a sense of meaning
and purpose in their life. Furthermore, teachers build a sense of camaraderie and
harmonious relationship with co-workers.
This activity also allows educators to find their purpose and passion within the
profession, enabling them to serve students equitably. As to team building, teachers
can create a climate of cooperation and contribute to collaborative problem-solving,
develop empathy and trust in the group and to self, enhance creativity, and boost
self-esteem.

III. OBJECTIVES

This Recollection on Strengthening Spiritual Wellness and Team Building will

enable the participants to:

1. Strengthen spiritual and health wellness.

2. Build trust, friendship, support and empathy among teachers.
3. Awareness of the importance of Spiritual wellness and Team building in the
workplace.
4. Enhance skills on gender sensitivity
5. Be updated on GAD related laws, policies and instruments.
6. Ignite the passion and real purpose for the chosen profession.

IV. DURATION

This Recollection on Strengthening Spiritual Wellness and Enhancing Gender

and Development Amidst New Normal Team Building will be conducted on
December 17, 2022 at Macrac Beach Resort Maasim, Sarangani from 6:00 am to
5:00 pm and will be participated by all teachers of the school.

V. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS

Expenses to this training will be charged against school MOOE and other local
funds.

VII. ECONOMIC JUSTIFICATION

Every member of the institution is transformed into a more passionate,

purpose driven, collaborative and productive individual through team building. This
will increase their performance and efficiency, allowing the institution to attain its
objectives. It also improves the teachers spiritual and health aspect, social
