DAY 1

Sir Jay Ar Deguzman advised us one rule on the first day of our work immersion:
don’t use your cellphone while doing your job. Then, as students, we just follow it
and concentrate on the given task. During our work immersion, I complete tasks
such as encoding student forms, filing the files alphabetically, and organizing
their hard copies. They don’t assign us the difficult task. I didn’t know how to
encode at first, and I was still a little confused about how to arrange the forms,
but I learned how to do it quickly enough to finish the tasks assigned.

Reflection:
It takes time to do a task since it is a serious undertaking that requires your whole
attention. I understand how stressful it is, but all we have to do is prepare and
accept it, no matter how difficult it is. So, in order to complete the task, you must
be patient.
Day 2
I thought that on the second day of our work immersion, we would be given the
same task, such as encoding, filing, and organizing forms of students. Ma'am
Jessah Isip also showed us how to use a Xerox machine to photocopy. Because I
had to press a lot, I assumed it would be difficult to print, but it wasn't. I can recall
the steps required to obtain a print with simply.

Reflection:
I acquired a lot of useful information that I will definitely use in the future. One of
them is that, despite the numerous tasks, you must continue and do them since it
is your responsibility to do so. I also learnt how to print for the first time, because
I honestly didn’t know how to do it before, but since we were taught, I now know
how to do it. And I believed that even you never know unless you try. So, in my
opinion, keep trying until you figure it out for yourself.
Day 3
Just the same thing again. When we entered the room, we repeated the tasks
assigned to us such as encoding the student’s forms. After encoding, we print it
and also we organize the hard copy then file it alphabetically. What we do isn’t
difficult; in fact, it is quite simple. However, because we repeat the process again
and over, it becomes tiresome. But, no matter how tired you are, you have no
alternative but to accomplish the task with patience.

Reflection:
I learned not to be exhausted, no matter how difficult the situation or work is.
Consider it a part of your job. So, whatever occurs, don’t give up; simply do your
best to finish the job. Also, exercise patience.
Day 4
Same thing again. There is no difference from what was previously done. Just
encoded again the forms of students and printed it then arranged the hard copies
alphabetically. And this time, I'm no longer unsure what to do; it's simple for me.
The quicker I finish encoding grades, the faster I can complete the task at hand.

Reflection:
Another thing I learned is being a fast worker because there are tasks that have
time and need to be completed at a given time. When you are assigned a task,
you must pay attention to it and focus on doing it as soon as possible. To make it
easier to finish, you should also learn how to do it. Just focus on your work, do not
use your phone until it is completely finished.
Day 5
It’s my fifth day of work immersion. We’ve done exactly what we’ve done since
the beginning. Just re-encoded the grades, printed them, and sorted them
alphabetically. Then when there are no forms to encode, we go to the office and
get another one. It’s a bit tiring but it’s okay part of work.

Reflection:
The job may really be a tiring one but tiredness fades when you help the teachers.
When you help others, practically everyone feels good. That’s how I felt
throughout immersion, and I’m glad because we may still assist our teacher with
their work in this way
Day 6
My sixth day of work immersion has arrived. We do again a simple job like
encoding data’s and organizing as well. Because there were so many forms to
encode, I was exhausted throughout immersion. My classmate saw that I encoded
incorrect data while encoding, and when he told me, I recognized that he was
correct. Then I’ll modify it to the correct data and proceed with my task.

Reflection:
You will learn a life lesson for every mistake you make. There were also many
things I failed to accomplish successfully as a student. But every mistake serves as
an instrument for me to improve my ability to complete all of my tasks correctly
and efficiently in the future. All of these mistakes act as motivation for me to
improve every day and do better to prevent repeating them.
Day 7

It’s my seventh day of work immersion. Just like yesterday, we do the same. We
encoding, organizing, and filing the students’ forms. And I have so many
realizations today, I realized that if you focus on your task, it will be done
perfectly and correctly. And also, it will be done easier and faster as well.

Reflection:

It’s never easy to work. You must have perseverance, diligence, and, most
importantly, interaction knowledge. Despite your difficulties, you must complete
your duties. I learned that no matter how hard the task is, when you concentrate
and offer everything you have to the task, you can do it quickly. You merely need
to be patient with each task that is assigned to you.
Day 8

We encoded the data, printed it, and then alphabetized the hard copies, just like
we did at the start. When I become sleepy, I want to stop working and use my
phone, but I recall my teacher’s one rule: don’t use your phone while encoding.
So I stopped using my cellphone and concentrated on encoding so that it would
finish quickly and I could relax.

Reflection:

I learned that we should follow the rules all the time because rules improve
discipline, which improves the status of life. By status of life, I meant whether you
are living as human or as a non-intellectual being. Good intellect means good
manners. And also we should be responsible of our work.
Day 9

My ninth day of work immersion has arrived. I’m exhausted today, yet there are
so many forms to do. This is the second to last day of our work immersion
program. I always give it my all to complete my work of correctly encoding
student forms. In addition, I made some efforts to do it on time. I was encouraged
since, near the end of the work immersion, I was able to handle a few days of
patience.

Reflection:

I learned that, in life, nothing worth having comes easy. Success is impossible
without hard effort and dedication. Everyone must face the challenges that life
throws at them and fight to overcome them in order to grow into the best version
of themselves. People should understand that hard work is the key to success in
life. Every person desires success in life, but in order to get it, one must work hard
and put forth effort in all he does. You can achieve anything if you work hard and
put out effort.
Day 10

There are so may realizations today. This is the last day of work immersion. I
learned a lot. Encoding, Organizing, and Printing are now very easy for me. I
learned to be patient in arranging forms alphabetically and in encoding data’s. I
will try to apply more of the learnings I gained from our work immersion as I go
through with my life.

Reflection:

I have realized some things that will really be useful for my future. First,
punctuality is very essential because in this simple way, you can how serious you
are to your job, next would be patience. Patience when it comes to the tasks that
they’re going to give you. To sum it all up, I am glad for another experiences that I
will treasure the most. There, I have experienced new things that aren’t familiar
with the things I usually do at school. I have met my classmates. And learned
something.
