The main purpose of work immersion is to gain and develop our industrial
skills
with the supervision of the authority. This enables us to enhance every skill from
working with other people in such a way that it teaches them to develop their
communications kills at the same time they enrich their level in human relations.
Through this we can acquire discipline, knowledge and new experiences from
working that we will surely bring and apply when we started working
Objectives Of the Work Immersion

The students who participated in the program, the work immersion, are
immersed in different environments as their workplace regarding the
field of their chosen specialty. Through the help of such personalities,
these students were given the opportunity to experience what working
life is with the guide of those experienced ones on how to stimulate the
workplace or about how everything runs and the things that everyone is
responsible to do.

This work immersion aims to:

1. Build work, ethics, discipline, respect and value of works
2. Enhance the interpersonal communication skills
3. Improve, develop, and apply the students’ competencies
4. To build and develop a good relation with other people
5. Improve the students’ knowledge and skills to be more productive
Visual And Attributes of a Student in a Work Immersion

As a student who is in a work immersion, here are some values and attributes that will help
you propel and have a meaningful experience.

.
1. Responsible in a work environment, there are targets to be
achieved on a daily or monthly basis. As such, it
is important to do your part in the whole process. Ensure that you deliver your work with
quality, commitment and on time.
For example, if a certain project was given to you, do your research. Do it accurately. If there
are any difficulties, inform your supervisor ahead of time.

2. Adaptable in a work environment, there are dynamic activities and processes. Be ready to accept
change.
For an instance, due to lack of budget, you were assigned to find sponsorship for a marketing
event. You might want to learn how to network and how to negotiate in the process of asking
for sponsorship.

3. Professional even though you are just a student in a work immersion, it would be great to exhibit
professionalism. Come to meetings and work on time. Dress up properly. Watch your
language. Comply with company policies.

4. Remarkable Work Ethics work ethics is the set of work principles you live by. Show to your
colleagues and supervisors
that you are dedicated to your job in the immersion. Avoid complaining about tasks given to
you. Be honest. Avoid giving excuses. Do not submit sloppy work. Stay focused on what need
to be done.

5. HONEST Talented employees are assets to the company. However, companies give more weight
to honesty and integrity more than anything else, honesty in the use of office supplies: honesty in
performing task even when the superiors are not around and many more.
Essay How to Conduct Oneself During Immersion

Work immersion can be a little stressful. Particularly the young, or should I say myself.
While this is a positive thing, although schools are gradually incorporating work immersion into
their curricula, it is also preferable to hold self-behaviors classes before sending students out to
diverse companies. An individual's ability to appreciate essential and profitable business
processes will be put to the test during the immersion period, which is an important part of pre-
corporate employment. This is also the phase of the internship where prospective hire or
student will have the opportunity to put their education abilities use.

The first thing to remember is to understand your own personality as well as the culture of the
firm you're joining. Always make a point of arriving on time since it demonstrates your
dedication to your work. Remember that school is not the same as job, and there are additional
excuses to consider. To put it another way, don't be late and make it a priority. And if you're
having trouble with anything, don't give up lightly. Take it on as a challenge; it will push you to
improve. Keep in mind that no one has ever achieved success due to indolence. As a result,
always push yourself

groupmates and I undoubtedly had a good time. From meeting our adviser, doing the actual workload, and
gathering responses seemed like it was easy even though we know it's not. We enjoyed every step of the
way. We learned a lot from each other. We improved a lot in and I can say myself that working with them
is the best highlight of this work immersion.

Work Immersion Reflection

Work immersion for me is like the first few steps in a stair. It is like a stepping stone for us
students to experience what working really feels like and to develop and learn new knowledge
from it. It serves as an opportunity to showcase my skills and talent in such a way that I help the
company using those. I learned how to connect with others and how to work and communicate
with other people. With these, I believe that whatever I pursue in the future it will be much easier
because of the experiences I brought through this work immersion.
