Welcome to the BONEcalc Feasibility Study Program.

The operation of this version of the program is very similar to the operation of the UREFS Feasibility Study Program
and produces the same financial results based on the same calculations. At the moment there are no specific
instructions for its operation but a basic understanding of the program can be achieved by watching the Webinar
on the Ultimate website. This version of the program is a substantially cut down or “Quickie” version of the UREFS
feasibility study program and may not be suitable in all situations. Tutorials of the UREFS program are also
available at www.realestateinvestingsoftware.com.au . The programs cover many different investment choices
and, as a result, may be confusing or overwhelming to a first time user.

This version of the program should run successfully on all hardware platforms with any version of Microsoft Excel
installed. The I-Phone version is largely impractical because of the screen size but use on an I-Pad should be more
suitable.

Although the program is distributed free of charge, there is a copyright and End User Licence Agreement that
prohibits the unauthorised distribution of the software and states that your operation of the software is entirely at
your own risk and your own responsibility.

Very Important - You Must Read This before Starting

A. The “I” version of BONEcalc-I is intended for use on I-Phones, I-Pads and Androids but will still work
successfully on PC’s and Mac’s. The PC and Mac version of BONEcalc will run on I-Phones, I-Pads and
Androids but some input items such as the State and GST scheme cannot be entered.

B. In order to run the “I” version of the program on an I-Phone, I-Pad or Android it is necessary to have
Microsoft Excel or an application such as “DocumentsToGo”installed on the device. The program may
work with other Apps that support Excel spreadsheets but they are untested and unsupported.
