According to the Part 7 Conduct and Discipline Chapter 3, Section 30, of the
BPSU Student Handbook, “Erasing, substituting or altering by any means of
the figures, letters, words or signatures, making untruthful statements in a
narration of facts shall be subjected to general provisions." Therefore,
changing even a single detail on your Report of Grades is considered as
falsifying of public documents. Anyone who found guilty shall face the
sanction based on the provision of the student handbook. Unfortunately, the
stakes are higher for this misconduct, as the first offense directly equates to
a suspension for 1 semester. The second and the last offense is an automatic

will most likely to mistrust their financial support to BPSU students that will
lead to finding another beneficiary institution. Moreover, adverse incidence
like this can reflect on what kind of students that BPSU has. Hence, negative
connotation to our own university means bad publicity. Bad publicity can
spell a huge disgrace to our province’s lone state university on a national
scale.

his title fervently everyday while a false scholar only became a scholar
