1. The difference between the HRD and HRM in the social work profession is,
Human resource development (HRD) is concerned with the training and
development of social workers for better performance in their profession while
HRM is concerned with recruiting and compensating the social workers.
2. Human Resource Development is a vital factor in community education and
training in the social work profession because it can improve the performance of
social workers in delivering education and training to the community.
