Activity 1 :

1. HRD is needed via means of any enterprise that desires to be dynamic and
growth-orientated or to reach a fast-converting environment. Organizations can
emerge as dynamic and develop most effectively through the efforts and abilities
in their human resources.
2. HRD applies to each institution in addition to national. The most important goal
is to increase the more modern competencies in human beings on the way to
permit them to address each gift and destiny demanding situations even as
figuring out organizational goals.
3. We humans are considered to be the best resource because humans possess
the knowledge, education, and technology necessary to make optimal use of the
resources.
4. because it assists employees in developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes
that an employer wants in its employees, it is considered the key to higher
productivity and improved productivity. It can likewise increment work fulfillment
for representatives and open lines of correspondence among colleagues.
5. New people Management must incorporate human resource management into
its business strategies in order to make use of its workforce.The individual and
hierarchical objectives must be joined so that the employees put in their best for
the association.
6. The development of individuals for the benefit of the nation is the primary focus
of HRD at the macro level. It requires health-related abilities, skills, and attitudes
that are more beneficial to the overall development of the nation.
Activity 2: Questions

1. Since they protected the company name, the bellman let the problem of
Dr.Rakesh be solved by them. They are protecting their name at the same time
giving great customer service.
2. The customer was satisfied with the service and they kept the excellent
reputation of their hotel. For this reason the customer may tell his relative the
services he receives.
3. Hari’s action also gave excellent service to the customer even though it is not
part of their job. He may call the insurance but still he repairs the car for the
customer. With these employees you may guarantee the hotel will kept the
excellent services and reputation.
