MCN RLE PARTOGRAPH

Scenario:
Angela, is a G5P4 mother, with a gestational age of 39 weeks and 2 days was admitted to
labor room at 5 pm. During your first assessment, she had three contractions in 10 minutes,
each lasting 35–40 seconds. On vaginal examination, Angela’s cervix was dilated to 5 cm. (+)
BOW, BP 120/80, PR 80/min, T 36.5. The fetal heart rate at the first count was 130 beats/min.
At 8 pm, four contractions in 10 minutes recorded, IE showed cervix was 10 cm. still (+) BOW,
BP 120/80, PR 86/min, T 36.5, FHT 135 beats/min. She delivered spontaneously at 8:40 pm.
10 u oxytocin was given IM. Placenta was delivered completely at 8:45 pm.
