ESSAY ON THE IMPORTANCE TO KEEP UP-TO-DATE WITH ASPECTS OF

CULTURE
Recent research indicates that the fact of keeping up-to-date is increasing its
importance. This could be true due to the fast changes we are constantly experiencing in
the majority aspects of life. In this essay, I will discuss two of the aspects where is
important to keep up-to-date and I will give reasons for each one.

The first of these are the arts. It is probably true to say that If we want to socialize
correctly with other people and have the ability to integrate in conversations, we should
know about the latest films, books and television programmes. This knowledge will
give us an interesting appearance regarding our group of friends or teamwork.
Opponents of this idea argue that not only should we know about latest arts but also
about the past of them, but all the evidences suggest that both do not have the same
relevance in our relationships.

The second option could be fashion. On one hand, to wear fashion clothes and know the
dress code for different situations give us a good first expression when we present in
public and it could be helpful in some situations, for example, when we apply for a job.
On the other hand, fashionable clothes make our appearance more interesting and they
are a way to express our personality.

Taking everything into consideration, I personally think that both points mentioned
deserve our attention but in the long run, to have a good and updated knowledge about
the arts will give us facilities in a more range of situations.
