TECHNICAL DATA SHEET (POLYTECH EPOXY INFRASTRUCTURE) DESCRIPTION: Epoxy Infrastructure is a low viscosity multilayer epoxy resin for carbon fiber. ADVANTAGE: ‘© High strength. It has excellent flexibility, tensile strength and compressive strength. ‘+ Low viscosity, good permeability and long pot life. ‘© Non-solvent product. ‘* Excellent adhesive on wet surface. resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and solvent resistant. Superior water resistant, ‘* Good impact strength. * Superior adhesive strength. APPLICATION: 1. Surface must be cleaned. 2. Reinforced cracks by using Epoxy Injection methods. 3. The comer of walls should be polished to fillet. 4. Scragey surface should be level by Lightweight Epoxy Resin Mortar Repairing Material. 5. Apply Epoxy Primer (a nos-solvent primer). 6. Apply Epoxy Infrastructure (low viscosity multilayer epoxy resin for carbon fiber). 7. Carbon fiber installation. Apply carbon fiber on surface by using roller or other suitable tools. 8. While two layer installations is required, apply double layer carbon fiber by cross direction and repeat process 6 and 7. 9. In order to make convenient for adhering and prevent bubble up and peel while apply primer, spray silica sand to make'a rough surface. 10. Apply cement mortar. After curing, apply paint to cover.
