To Whom It May Concern,

This letter is in regard to your consideration to employ Brooklyn Maher. I have known
Brooklyn for nearly four years. I met her when she came to our campus organization as regular
attendee. In that short time, she has become dear friend and a leader among her peers. She took
the initiative to enter into a leadership training program that we provided, in order for her to
mentor high-school students. In fact, she led my own daughter during her time in high school.
Brooklyn exhibited wisdom and keen insight during our weekly training sessions and group
discussions. She has shown compassion and has been a loyal and trusted friend to a number of
her fellow college students who have found themselves in need of her counsel.
Brooklyn displayed organizational skills, diligence, and takes initiative. She used her
numerous talents to invest in the lives of younger students, which I can only surmise is due to her
steadfast willingness to always be learning, growing, and helping others. During her time at our
Young Life College group, Brooklyn was consistently positive and always mindful to be
encouraging to those around her. She has been a great asset to our group. She never seeks to be
the center of attention, and is helpful in establishing the welcoming environment, which defines
our group.
Brooklyn is dedicated, devoted, creative, positive, and always prepared to go the extra
mile to improve herself and others. It is my pleasure to recommend her for employment as she
would be beneficial to any organization that would hire her.

Sincerely,

Ben Chambers
College Director
