IPOPHL MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2 022 -02 1

SUBJECT WORK SUSPENSION

Due to the inclement weather brought about by super typhoon "KARDING" and
upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
Council (NDRMCC), the Office of the President issued Memorandum Circular No. 06
S. 2022 dated 25 September 2022 suspending work in government offices in the
National Capital Region, including provinces in Region I, II, III, IV-A (CALABARZON),
IV-B (MIMAROPA), V, and the Cordillera Administrative Region on 26 September
2022 (Monday).

In view of the foregoing, work in the IPOPHL is suspended on 26 September

2022. All papers and documents due on 26 September 2022 may still be received on
27 September 2022 and shall be considered as having been filed on its due date.

Duty Officers of the Bureau of Patents and the Bureau of Trademarks and
Information Officers of the DITTB, are directed to disseminate this information. All
Directors are hereby advised to post copies of this Memorandum in conspicuous
places in their respective bureaus including immediate posting hereof in the IPOPHL
website by the CMO.
