make up a job. Job satisfaction is the quality, condition, or amount of happiness that a person experiences as a result of his or her numerous interests and attitudes. .And as an employer one of your our objectives is to maximise the potential of our employees and to achieve it; we must satisfy them first to their needs and wants. To satisfy the needs and wants of our employee we should be able to create a team of nice, talented, and creative people, provided with their needs based on the Hierarchy of needs by Maslow. By this we could be able to satisfy our employee and made them motivated to do their best in doing their specific task and the goal of the organization due to high job satisfaction is associated to better productivity, which is linked to higher earnings and achieving our set goals. Moreover, employees that are happy and comfortable in their jobs are considerably more likely to pursue their responsibilities with passion and devotion. For example; As a School Administrator I was able to provide a office that is safe, and conducive for my teachers where they feel comfortable, safe and love and also I was able to give time their basic needs by this my employees/teacher are motivated and goal oriented to do their task. By this situation we can assess that a motivated and satisfied employee are much or more productive in doing their tasks.
