There are three important things that we have to keep in mind in relationship
marketing. First, know your customers well. We should pay our full attention and
focus to know our customers individually as people not as consumers. Second, to
connect with the customers through a flawless customer experience. Lastly,
consistently build and earn their trust.

Mark Morin gave us a clear answer to his question "if you were a brand, what
would you do?". It would be to make use of our experiences and observations to give
value to our brand and to engage customers in building relationships. We should also
embrace and see the uniqueness of everyone so they will feel as if we know them, we
understand them, we know what they want to we can provide on that promises.
