Siepmann, Esq is authorized to proceed in my behalf in this matter and he is further
explicitly authorized to enter any plea in accordance with a negotiated plea disposition
in said case and to take such steps, and do such other acts and things, as in his or her
judgment may be necessary, appropriate or desirable in connection with said case,
including making a representation to the court that at the time, date and place of
occurrence, my vehicle was NOT involved in an accident. I reside in Bogota, Columbia
and cannot travel to the United States at this time for these proceedings.
Pursuant to CPLR R 2106(b), I affirm this 9 th day of May 2022, under the
penalties of perjury under the laws of New York, which may include a fine or
imprisonment, that I am physically located outside the geographic boundaries of the
United States, Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, or any territory or insular

law.
