They possess advantages, dangers, opportunities, and flaws. They each have a unique method for
preserving their power, overcoming their flaws and challenges, and seizing opportunities. The
group's traits of composure and observational personality are its assets. Their personal
personalities are what give them their strengths. However, individuals must learn how to handle
situations in a critical state if they want to maintain their composure. They are composed because
they have dealt with numerous challenging situations. Being aware is not a simple task. They
have to constantly pay attention to virtually everything in order to be an attentive people. They
are the kind of people who enjoy listening. They have the initiative to listen attentively to their
clinical instructor, nurses, and chief nurses. They are an extremely attentive people as a result of
this. Everyone has flaws, but it is up to us to decide if we want to keep them or get past them.
Overthinking and a lack of action are their faults when it comes to handling paperwork. Their
constant desire to seem effortless and simple lies at the heart of all of their flaws. They must
always strive to remember that they must overcome their flaws and turn them into their strengths.
