Working on projects can be hard if there are no plans made.

In this, therefore, the project

managers need to ensure that they better understand the different tasks and activities in the

projects and, with this, therefore, use the WBS, network diagram, and work packages to manage

their teams and get the best results. As a project manager, I have had highs and lows in project

scheduling (Verzuh, 2021). During the high times, the experiences are good and therefore

making it easy for e and my team to manage the different tasks involved in project management.

There are different instances where it has been hard to even divide the task among the project

members, therefore, making it hard to accomplish the set objectives.

As a project manager, it is my role and responsibility to divide the different project tasks

equally among the team members depending on their skills. The team members must also

establish and maintain a good relationship as they work together and thus creating a thriving

work environment (Verzuh, 2021). Using the WBS, network diagram, and work packages, it is

easy to track the team members' working hours and their progress on the project and thus

motivate them to attain the set project goals despite monotony. As a project manager as well, it is

my role to interact with the clients and give timely reports on the progress of the project.

In my experience, when working on the WBS, network diagram, and work packages,

there are different aspects that have changed, and this, therefore, has made it more enjoyable and

interesting. It has become easy to stick to a budget and track the different activities and tasks

allocated to the project team members. It is through this experience that I have learned it is easy

to connect with the team members and thus create a dependent working environment where we

work on the project together (Verzuh, 2021). The experience has changed my view, and I began

enjoying my work and taking challenges each day. A tip for project managers, from my
experience, is to invest in learning new things and using different project management tools to

manage their teams and work.
