A RESOLUTION REQUESTING DEPED SECRETARY SARA ZIMMERMAN

DUTERTE-CARPIO TO ALLLOCATE FUNDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 1 UNIT
BUILDING WITH 3 CLASSROOMS OF DUANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
DUANGAN, ESPERANZA, AGUSAN DEL SUR.

WHEREAS, It is great desire of the constituent, local Government Unit and

Duangan Elementary School Teachers and Parents to have a new construction of 1
Unit Building with 3 Classrooms.

WHEREAS, the Duangan Elementary School Building was constructed 40 years

ago, and it is dangerous for the learners and teachers. It was already surveyed by
our Municipal Engineer, Engineer Demosthines Abella and it was declared for
condemnation, but we are still using it for we have no available classrooms to use.

WHEREAS, the pupils need safe and conducive classroom for learning.

WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of barangay Duangan and Duangan

Elementary School Teachers find difficult to construct the said project for no funds.
However, the barangay officials and duangan elementary school teachers are hoping
that this project will be realized through the help of generous DepEd Secretary Sara
Zimmerman Duterte-Carpio.

NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of Honorable Jullito T. Custan and duly
seconded by honorable Roel P. Salado resolved as it was hereby resolved a
resolution requesting DepEd Secretary Sara Zimmerman Duterte-Carpio to
allocate funds for the construction of 1 unit building with 3 classrooms.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution to be furnished to the office of

the DepEd Secretary Sara Zimmerman Duterte-Carpio and all other concerned
offices for their information ready reference and kind favorable action. Your positive
response means a long-life credit to our DepEd family, parents and friends.

I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing adopted on September o2,

2022 joint session of Barangay Council of Duangan and Duangan Teaching Staff.
