AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION OF OWNERSHIP

AND POSSESSION OF PROPERTY

accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That since ________, I am the absolute owner in fee simple of _______

2. That even after the said parcel of land had been the subject of previous
subsequent transfers of ownership, no certificate of title was issued covering
the same;

paid realty taxes and exclusively exercised all rights of ownership and
possession, including the introduction of improvements thereon;

4. Based on the foregoing circumstances, I hereby confirm, attest and affirm

absolutely owned by me, free from all liens and encumbrances, in possession
thereof continuously without being disturbed by any adverse claim over my
ownership and possession, and paying taxes therefor;
