3. Pursuant to AO8, series of 1995 of the Department of Agrarian

Reform (DAR), transfer of lands under P.D. 27, as amended by
EO228 and R.A. 6657, may be allowed, provided the productivity of
the land shall be maintained;

4. Relative thereto, I promise to abide by the aforementioned policy of

the DAR and I am willing to comply with all of the obligations and
undertaking inherent thereto;

5. As such, I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

above-stated facts as well as to inform the proper authorities of the
DAR regarding my true intentions and that I will never circumvent the
policy of the said agency.
