- If any of its employees upload offensive material, the company could be held liable.

4) What two main privacy issues arise from using a social networking site?

- You must first manage the distribution of the information you upload on the website. Second, you
should be aware of how the company handles any information it gathers about you, including data you
submit and activity on the website, and how it is processed, stored, transferred, or sold.
