4. You are found physically and mentally fit, after a medical examination to be
conducted by University Health Services before Departmental Registration.
5. No change of name after registration.
6. Any other conditions that might be specified in the JAMB Admission Letter
and University Hand Book.
7. Accomodation will be provided where available.
8. This offer is not transferable and you are not allowed to undergo two (2)
different courses within the University system concurrently.
