Wherefore, may it please the Hon’ble High Court, in the light of facts and
circumstances of the case, issues raised, arguments advanced and authorities cited, the
Respondent prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to adjudge, rule upon, and
determine the following:

1. That the present petitions are not maintainable in the instant case.
2. That the said amendment, the Noise Pollution (Management & Control) Amendment
Rules, 2015 is constitutionally valid.

AND/OR

Pass any other order it may deem fit in the interest of Justice, Equity, and Good Conscience.
