• Carriage is FREE on all orders over £100

• We operate a back order system, items not in stock are added to your back order, as soon as
your order reaches £ 100 of available stock we deliver free of charge, you can add or
remove items from your back order at any �me

• Delivery �mes are our best es�mate only and updated regularly

• We have a no quibble credit policy, if something is wrong let us know and we’ll give you a
credit on your account.

• Items missing from delivery must be no�fied within 48 hours.

• We recommend inspec�ng your goods as soon as possible for damages; unfortunately we

cannot accept damage requests for products delivered over three months ago.

• Payment terms are end of month following month of delivery, i.e. goods delivered in June
are due payment at the end of July etc.
