PERFORMANCE LISTING (PL)

All dogs accepted for Performance Listing (PL) are eligible to compete in UKC Performance Events, but
not all breeds are eligible for every event. Please refer to the UKC website, www.ukcdogs.com, for rules
and regulations for individual UKC Licensed Performance events and breed eligibility requirements.

Kennel Club reserves the right to change or deny any name for any reason. Any name deemed discriminatory or derogatory
towards race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin will be denied.

When requesting an accelerated service, write NEXT DAY AIR, EXPEDITED or RUSH on
the outside front of the envelope. Applications are furnished free of charge and can be photocopied as needed. Once
Faxed or emailed applications within the continental US will be charged an EXPEDITED submitted, all applications become property of UKC and are not returned. UKC reserves
Service Fee of $40. Applications outside the Continental US will be charged a RUSH the right to refuse an application as well as correct or revoke any PL card after its
service fee of $30 issuance. UKC reserves the right to change any and all rules, fees, etc. without notice.
