nt, and the task-based approach represents a significant paradigm shift. 
Planning and design therefore focus on why something is taught, not what is taught.

Then, educators must consider how to assist their students in achieving their personal and/or
professional objectives.

The responses to these inquiries will aid in developing a curriculum that is pertinent to your
students.

In the project-based approach,the first step in using this strategy is identifying the single, overall
goal that each person or group of students will have.

Michael Lewis first debated the lexical approach as a way to teach foreign languages in the earl
y 1990s. 
The basic tenet of this method is the notion that producing and comprehending lexical chunks is 
a critical element of learning a language.
