After the interview, I realized that being an English teacher is not

only a job but a passion. They spent a lot of time for their student.
They also want students to be comfortable during the class so they
can follow and understand the lesson. You need to put extra effort
just for the sake of the learners. You need to be patient because not
all learners can speak English fluently in just a snap. Students are
not the same. We have different skills, knowledge and
understanding however, we need to comprehend the students and
encourage them to study on where they are struggling.
I also felt excited because I want to experience teaching and
sharing what I know. I want to impart knowledge about English
language. I want my students to be better in speaking English so
they can go with the flow specifically when they need to find jobs. I
felt motivated after the interview as I really want to help students
like me who are not good in English and not really comfortable to
speak as I am not sure if my grammar is correct.
