I would like to request in your good office a special advance amounting to seventy thousand
pesos (PHP70, 000) as my full tuition fees at Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U) under
the ETEEAP Program.

This special advance will also allow me to take my Comprehensive Examination which will start on
December 10, 2022. Attached herewith is the screenshot of my assessment fees for your reference.
