TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Payment:
 A down payment of 50% is due at all event contract signing.
 Final payment is due immediately after the event.
Cancellations:
 Cancellations of the event will be charged 10% of the event cost.
 Cancellations made four (4) days or less from the event date will forfeit the down payment.
 Change of the event date prior to four (4) days will incure 5% catering charge
Staff Fees
 A fee of Php100.00 per floor per waiter will be charged if the event is held in a building without a service
elevator or proper access.
 Hauling fee may apply depending on the distance of the event location.
 An overtime fee of PhP100.00 per hour per waiter will be charged in excess of contracted event time .
Venue Fees:
 Venue fee are the responsibilities of the client and additional charges may include gate entrance fee and
caterer ‘s bond.
 Additional fee for out of town venue events. Transportation fee will be applied for travel to Metro
Manila, Makati, Mandaluyong ,Quezon city & other places in Metro Manila.
Miscellaneous:
 For breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktail, Filipino or kiddie buffet events , a minimum of 50persons is
required.
 Virgilio’s Catering will not be held liable for lechon , food or beverages brought by the client to the
event.
 Virgiio’s catering will not provide container for excess food items or be responsible for food removed from
the event.
 Any loss or breakages of none consumable items provided by virgilio’s catering will be the responsibility of
the client.
 Virgilio’s catering will not be held responsible for any acts of God, including but not limited to natural disaster
(ie, flood, typhoon, earthquake ,etc,) that may cancel the event.
