Greetings from the home of the JPIAn Wildcats!

The Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants - National College of

Business and Arts Fairview (JPIA - NCBA Fairview) is a duly recognized
nonprofit organization that encourages amiable relations in the accountancy field
and upholds development among its members. It is established to develop,
promote, and coordinate activities that will elevate one’s consciousness,
accountability, and responsiveness, especially to the students of all accounting-
related courses in NCBA Fairview. JPIA-NCBA Fairview aims to build
connections and uplift the BSA students’ interests in academics as well as in
performing and showcasing their skills in the field of accountancy.

The Surmount is a half day webinar event with the theme “Surmount:
Conquering the Obstacles of a BSA Student ” that will be held on December
4, 2022 (Sunday), at 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM via Zoom Cloud Meetings. This
webinar aims to relate with the difficulties and struggles that is faced by a BSA
student. We, like the bamboo, which at some point in our lives bends over due
to the strong winds of difficulties and troubles, but nonetheless rises back,
stands tall and proud, and continues to pursue our goals and aspirations.

This webinar focuses on:

● Hearing about the students' current challenges, relating those challenges
to the difficulties that CPAs have encountered
● Providing guidance and inspiration for overcoming challenges in order to
succeed, and;
● Featuring a professional psychometrician who is willing to give them
advice and tips to allay their concerns about their mental health, boost their
hopes and confidence, and provide some advice on how they can maintain
their mental health despite the stress that they're going through.
With that, it is our utmost pleasure to have you as our partner firm on this event.
