The Three Laws of Motion

The three laws of motion consist of the laws of inertia, acceleration, and interaction. First,
what is motion? Motion is the act or process of moving, and how will we know if an object is
in motion? An object is in motion if it changes position over time compared to its starting
point. To continue on what the three laws of motion are ; we need to understand how force,
distance, acceleration, time, mass, and speed is calculated. To understand the topic I will
explain to you how to calculate these using the three laws of motion.

The law of inertia. The rule of this law is an object at rest, shall stay at rest unless acted on by
an unbalanced force. Meaning an object shall remain as it is unless force is applied onto
it. The law of acceleration.
Depending on the force applied and the mass of an object will tell how far the object will go.
Because a force upon an object causes it to accelerate according to the formula
net force = mass x acceleration.
And lastly, The law of interaction. Newton's third law states that when two bodies interact,
forces of equal magnitude and opposite direction act on each other. The third law is also
called the law of interaction.
