Here is the most essential information of our general terms:
The MY CLOUD Transit Hotel grants the guest an ordinary right of termination (‘’right to
cancel’’): If the booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before reserved check-in time, the
cancellation is free of charge. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before check-
time, the total cost of the reservation will be charged. We are situated in hall Z in the transit
area of terminal 1 at Frankfurt Airport. Access to this area is only possible if you have at least
one non-schengen flight on your route. Access to the transit area closes at 10 pm and opens
at 5 am. If you leave the security area during this period, you will no longer have access to
the hotel. Passing the security check is only possible with hand luggage. Due to customs
regulations pets are not permitted.
