Anita does not suffer from food Allergies and rarely eats Spicy Foods. She trying to loos
weight and so far has lost five kilos . She feels she is overweight and seems to have a negative
body image. She appears angry when asked about her body weight. She is continuing to diet and
often uses laxatives. Anita finds it difficult to discuss her symptoms and is noticeably
embarrassed. About her use of laxaatives.

lots of water, such as soup

 Plenty of rest
 Health propessionals with expertise in eating disorders ( general practitioner,
psychiatrist or psychologist,nutritionist). Support from close friends and family is
also important
