Through sales offices , ticketing and service charges payments

Arrangement CAIENMS/ CAIPRMS / CAIKKMS / CAIKOMS / CAIKMMS /
CAISKMS.
Confirmations must be done by IOCC , 6 hours before ETD with
maintenance.
If it is requested from oversees stations , the SOCC shall
confirm with the IOCC
that the tubes are loaded on the flight
SSR Mandatory - MEDA and AOXY must be sent by sales office agent.

to the CDC when boarding the aircraft with a copy from the
MEDIF.
The Load controller when notified by the maintenance will add
