On July 14, 1994, they opened their first restaurant, Astrid & Gastón, in the District

GastronomyAward 2013, for leading the Peruvian gastronomic movement.In 2018, he
launched on Latina, a Peruvian television channel, a cooking show with thesame name
as one of his recipe books.Gastón Acurio, is one of the prestigious Peruvians who
make our Peru look good. Currently Gastón, in addition to leading an international
network of culinary franchises, has plans to enter the world of quality fast food at a
good price. This was stated in an interview with the EFE agency.
