Dear Atty. Rassel,

I am writing to humbly request a five (5) month leave of absence (without pay) from July 1, 2022, to
December 5, 2022, in connection with my plan to take the Bar Examination in November 2022 for the
third time. The said period will be devoted to reviewing and preparing for this year's bar exam.

Rest assured that I will finish the pending tasks assigned to me before the proposed leave and prepare a
detailed progress report of the tasks completed and pending. I will also keep my line of communication
open to remain available to render assistance and answer questions regarding my workload during the
said absence.
