1.As a future teacher, what would be your response to
curriculum implementation as a part of curriculum innovation? Are you willing to take a part in the implementation? Why ? Why not?
As a future facilitator and educator, my response to the
curriculum's implementation is that I will be on the line or sequence of the subject that I am going to cover. This includes planning, content, implementation, evaluation, and reporting in the classroom, all of these will help me stay on track and ensure that students are learning step-by-step. So, as a part of curriculum innovation, I am happy to participate in implementation, but I will also create a written curriculum, or what we called lesson plan. Lesson plans are an old technique of listing topics that are covered in instruction. If teachers align themselves with innovations in the field of education, moreover students will learn with the aid of technology as a result of my chosen curricula, which will make the teaching process more efficient and effective. This is because I believe that flexible teachers are better able to adapt to changing circumstances.
2.Explain : The curriculum implementation should be
developmental , parcipatory and supportive for a change Implementing the curriculum should be developmental, participatory, and supportive for a change. According to this statement, curriculum implementation should take into account changes in the educational field. To successfully apply the curriculum, there should be teacher assistance, experimentation with new activities, and reflection on new experiences and obstacles. Stakeholders, students, and parents must also be kept informed or involved. Lastly, a curriculum implementation requires complete support from teachers, stakeholders, peers, parents, and students in order to help students learn more. This support includes material assistance, supplies, equipment, classrooms, laboratories, clinics, and other necessities that students need for their learning. However, time is the most important factor. Because time will oversee the progress.
