VAN CONTRACT
This Vehicle Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is
entered into as of May 23, 2022 by and between REYNANTE TACCAD with a mailing
address of Rose St. P7, Sta. Isabel Sur, City of Ilagan, Isabela and MELISEN S.
PAGULAYAN, with a mailing address of Purok 3, Camunatan, City of Ilagan, Isabela,
collectively referred to as the “Parties” both of whom agree to be bound by this agreement.
1. Vehicle Being Rented. The Owner agrees to rent the following vehicle to the Renter:
Model: TOYOTA HiAce Commuter 2017
Passengers: Melisen S. Pagulayan, Daisy Mapalad, Joy Ventura, Ma. Theresa
Candiente, Maria Corazon Cortez, Natividad Gamboa, Rickdenzon Vadil, Sheryl
Segovia, Sheryll Grace Banaga, Gale Cadiente

2. Rental Amount. The amount of the Vehicle Rental is Fourteen Thousand Pesos only
(14,000). The Rental includes the food of the driver, gasoline and Toll fee.

3. Down Payment. The Renter will provide a down payment of Fourteen Thousand
Pesos only (14,000), which will be deducted from the amount to be paid over the term
of the Rental.
4. Rental Duration. This agreement will begin on May 23, 2022 and remain in full force
and effect until the Vehicle is returned to the Owner.

By signing below the Named Driver agrees to the terms and Conditions of this
Car Rental Agreement.

mailing address of Purok 3, Camunatan, City of Ilagan, Isabela, collectively referred to as the
“Parties” both of whom agree to be bound by this agreement.
5. Vehicle Being Rented. The Owner agrees to rent the following vehicle to the Renter:
Model: TOYOTA Grandia 2019
Passengers: Melisen S. Pagulayan, Daisy Mapalad, Joy Ventura, Ma. Theresa
Candiente, Maria Corazon Cortez, Natividad Gamboa, Rickdenzon Vadil, Sheryl
Segovia, Sheryll Grace Banaga, Gale Cadiente

6. Rental Amount. The amount of the Vehicle Rental is One Thousand Three hundred
Pesos only (1,300). The Rental includes the food of the driver, gasoline and Toll fee.

7. Down Payment. The Renter will provide a down payment of One Thousand Three
Hundred Pesos only (1,300), which will be deducted from the amount to be paid over
the term of the Rental.
8. Rental Duration. This agreement will begin on May 28, 2022 and remain in full
force and effect until the Vehicle is returned to the Owner.

By signing below the Named Driver agrees to the terms and Conditions of this
Car Rental Agreement.
