1. What kind of graph is it? Line graph

2.   What basic information does the graph provide? The amount of wood products
in the UK from 1980 to 2000
3.   How many lines/ types of bars are there in the graph? 3 lines
4.   What does each line/ bar on the graph indicate?
The blue line indicates the production of paper and packaging, the red line indicates
the production of sawn-wood, the green line indicates the production of wood pulp
5.   What is measured on the vertical axis? What unit of measurement is used?
The production of forest industry is measured on the vertical axis.  Measured in
million tonnes
6.   What is measured on the horizontal axis? Year (from 1980 to 2000)
7.   What major trends do you see in the graph? While the amount of paper &
packaging produced increased, that of sawn-wood witnessed a downward trend.
Meanwhile, there was a fluctuation in wood pulp production
8.   What are some of the most important features of this graph (highest point,
lowest point, etc.)?  The production of paper and packaging was the highest in the
twenty-year period, the figure for international fixed-line services was lowest.
9.   How will the details be organized in the body paragraph?
Body 1: the production of paper and packaging (stood at around 230 mil tonnes,
outnumber other 2 figures -> rose to 250 mil tonnes in 2 years -> serge to 350 in
2000
Body 2: sawn-wood and pulp wood production (sawn-wood production saw a steep
decline, reaching its lowest point of 130 mil tonnes in 2000, wood pulp witnessed a
negligible dip in 1990 before recovering to finish off at less than its original figure a
bit

2.     What basic information does the graph provide? Number of commuters using three
types of public transport in Somewhere town between the four year period from 2012 to
2015

3.     How many lines/ types of bars are there in the graph? 3 types of bar (green, blue,
yellow)

passengers using trams, the green bar indicates the number of bus commuters and the
yellow bar indicates the number of people using train

7.     What major trends do you see in the graph? The number of passengers using trams
rise steadily during the period, while the number of people who used buses and train
fluctuated.

8.     What are some of the most important features of this graph (highest point, lowest
