Evidence #1 Outcome #2 – I stay organized and disciplined by writing down all my assignments
and commitments in my agenda and crossing them off as I finish them.

Evidence #2 Outcome #6 – These are the statements we ranked individually and with our group
during the Ethics Workshop in HDF 190 which helped me determine my personal code of ethics.
